Is external communication with DIAtech secure?

Yes. Whether through messaging, email, or video calls, we use a three-step independent verification system known only to the client and DIAtech. This ensures that all information is protected against unauthorized access.

How does DIAtech communicate securely with clients?

For security and confidentiality reasons, we do not offer physical meetings at our premises. However, we are always available for secure video calls, ensuring efficient consultation without compromising privacy.

What is KYC verification in DIAtech?

KYC verification (Know Your Customer) is a mandatory process at DIAtech to prevent fraud, scams, and money laundering. To complete it, the client must:

Conduct a video call to confirm their identity.

Present an identification document.

In case of investments, a proof of bank account ownership and an income verification document (such as an employment contract or business certificate) may be required.

Does DIAtech request copies of personal documents or account details?

No. We never ask clients to send copies of personal documents or detailed banking information. All necessary verifications, including KYC, are conducted exclusively via video call, where the client shows the documents without needing to share digital or physical copies.

How is the client’s bank account managed at DIAtech?

The client always decides which bank account, under their name, will receive their benefits, initial investments, or investment withdrawals. For greater security:

The account number is only sent to DIAtech’s official contact number or email, provided from the beginning and known only to the client.

Account ownership verification is conducted via video call, where the client displays a confirming document.

If the client suspects that the bank account provided in the contract has been compromised, they can request a change following the same verification process.

What happens if I detect that my personal account is at risk or compromised?

If a client suspects that their personal account (outside of DIAtech) is at risk, we will contact them to verify the situation.

The DIAtech account is protected against third-party manipulations, and any procedures will be verified through our rigorous security systems.

If the client loses their device or it is stolen, we will assist them in recovering all information regarding their DIAtech account.

How often is the DIAtech system updated?

Our system is constantly updated to stay ahead of fraud, scams, and deception. DIAtech performs improvements and updates 24/7.

How are new threats detected?

DIAtech has a monitoring system that identifies potential threats and new scam attempts. When a suspicious pattern is detected, our IT developers analyze the information and strengthen the system’s protection.

Does the client need to take any action for updates?

No. All updates are automatic and do not require any action from the client.

Subscription Cancellation and Its Impact on Investments

DIAtech does not depend on subscriptions to operate. Our system and technology generate revenue through our own investments. However, subscriptions allow us to provide personalized human advisory services.

Our technology is a powerful tool that protects against fraud and enhances financial well-being, but some decisions require supervision from an expert advisor.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, consider the following:

❌ 1. All investment monitoring will be discontinued.

✔️ We will no longer be able to track or analyze your investments for risks, fraud, or losses.

✔️ We will also no longer monitor your returns, transactions, or refunds related to your investments.

❌ 2. DIAtech does not charge cancellation fees, but your investment may have its own costs.

✔️ If your investment has cancellation fees, they will be determined by the investment contract, not by DIAtech.

✔️ The cancellation process will include the transfer of your investment and any potential profits obtained.

✔️ The subscription provides security and expert guidance, but you can decide at any time what is best for you.

Can I change my subscription at any time?

If you upgrade to a higher plan, you will only pay the difference between the two plans.

If you downgrade to a lower plan, you will receive a refund for the remaining amount at no additional cost.

If you feel you need more protection or advisory services, upgrading is quick and easy. Many users start with a basic plan and later choose to expand their coverage after experiencing the benefits of our service.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Are there any fees for canceling my subscription?

❌ No, we do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds are processed as follows:

Monthly: Full refund if canceled within the first 15 days. After that, only the unused portion is refunded.

Quarterly, Semi-annual, and Annual: Full refund if canceled within the first 30 days. After that, only the unused portion is refunded.

If you cancel your subscription, the refund will be processed based on the payment method used:

💳 PayPal, Stripe, or another selected platform → Immediate refund on the same day.

🏦 Bank transfer → May take 5 to 10 days, depending on your country and bank policies.

Does DIAtech offer any free services?

✔️ Yes. We offer a free subscription that includes two consultations per month, but does not provide access to other services.

Are unlimited consultations available for all clients?

❌ No. 24/7 unlimited consultations are only available for clients with a paid subscription.

How are refunds processed?

✔️ Refunds are processed the same day using the payment platform chosen during subscription (PayPal, Stripe, or another selected platform).

✔️ If the client prefers a bank transfer, additional fees may apply, and the process may take up to 10 days, depending on the country of residence.

Are there any additional fees at DIAtech?

❌ No. There are no hidden fees. All costs are clearly outlined in the contract.

✔️ Deposits are reflected in the contracted account within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on the bank and country.

🔔 You will receive a notification for each deposit via our official channel.

📌 Automatic Profit Deposits

✔️ Your profits are deposited automatically into your account according to your contract terms: every 3 months, every 6 months, or once a year.

✔️ No fees. No delays.

📌 Profit Transfer Process

✔️ 72 hours before, you will receive a notification to confirm your bank account.

✔️ 24 hours after confirmation, the profits are transferred directly to your account.

📌 Final Transfer at Contract Expiration

✅ Yes, if you are the account holder. You can request a change if you suspect your bank account has been compromised or for any other security reason.

Does canceling my investment have any cost?

No. DIAtech only monitors investments made within our system. We do not assume any responsibility for external investments or financial decisions made outside our services.

📌 Can the service conditions change?

Yes. We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions to adapt to regulatory changes or service improvements. Any significant changes will be announced in advance on our website.

📌 What happens to the account in case of death?

If a client passes away, we have a secure verification process to ensure that the legitimate beneficiary can access the funds.

2️⃣ Security and Usage Rules

🔐 For adults only

✔ DIAtech is only available for individuals over 18 years old or the legal age in their country of residence or birth.

🔐 One account per client

✔ Each client is allowed only one personal account.

✔ If multiple accounts under the same user are detected:

Duplicate accounts will be blocked.

Investments and accumulated profits, if any, will be refunded.

Active subscriptions will be reimbursed according to applicable conditions.

🔐 Subscription change restrictions

✔ Clients can change their subscription type (from higher to lower or vice versa) only once every three months.

✔ Frequent changes will result in restrictions, allowing only the last active subscription to remain valid.

🔐 Protection of personal information

DIAtech will never request confidential banking information through external means such as:

For any withdrawal, cancellation, or liquidation of investments, the client must request it 72 hours in advance.

📌 Verification process before each withdrawal:

1️⃣ A mandatory video call is scheduled to confirm identity and bank account details.

2️⃣ The client must present their personal identification.

3️⃣ The receiving account is verified to ensure legitimacy and rightful ownership.

❌ If verification is not completed within 72 hours, the withdrawal will be blocked until verification is successful.

✅ This process ensures funds reach the correct account and prevents fraud.

🕒 24/7 availability and support

DIAtech is available 24/7 to assist with any inquiries or support needs.

⚠️ Protection against fraud attempts

If someone impersonates DIAtech to request information, the client must:

✔ Contact us immediately through our official channel.

✔ Verify the authenticity of the request before providing any data.

✔ DIAtech will take legal action against fraud attempts with the relevant authorities.

🌍 Client timezone adaptation

We adapt to the client's country of residence to facilitate communication and verification processes.

4️⃣ Inactive Accounts and Client Protection

🔒 DIAtech protects your investment, even if your account remains inactive for an extended period.

📌 When is an account considered inactive?

✔ If there is no investment activity or subscription for 12 consecutive months.

✔ A notice will be sent to the client via our official channel.

📌 What happens if inactivity continues?

✔ After 12 months: A first notice is sent.

✔ If no response is received within 30 days, the account is marked as inactive.

✔ After 18 months: The account is temporarily locked until a mandatory video call verification is completed.

📌 If the account has funds:

✔ Active investments will continue until the contract expires.

✔ To withdraw or move funds, the client must reactivate their account with identity verification.

📌 After 24 months of inactivity:

✔ If the client has not completed verification, the account is considered abandoned.

✔ Funds will be managed according to the applicable regulations in the client’s country of residence.

✅ This process prevents unauthorized access and ensures client security.

5️⃣ Prohibitions and Warnings

🚨 Improper or suspicious account use

❌ Sharing an account with third parties is not allowed.

❌ If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be temporarily suspended until a security verification is completed.

🚨 Illegal activities

DIAtech strictly prohibits the use of its services for illegal activities such as:

📌 If illegal activity is detected, the account will be blocked, and the relevant authorities will be notified.
